Zen Teen: Make a Zen Garden (BPL Teen program at The Atrium)

At the third session of Zen Teen, each participant will make a zen garden. You will get a container for your garden, along with materials such as sand, rocks, and a mini-rake. We'll listen to meditative music and reflect on how our gardens can bring calmness to our day. At monthly Zen Teen programs, we will explore screen-free, hands-on learning activities and enjoy a snack together. We will discuss mindful moments and self-care awareness we can implement in our busy lives. Attend the sessions that interest you. Open to students in grades 7-12, limited space available.
