    Originating in Ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body! Work on mindfulness, balance, and strength in an easy-to-follow series of movements led by Kirsten Benson. Breath work and Qigong will also be incorporated. You can participate using these movements either seated or standing.
