Overview
The Housing Authority of the Town of Bloomfield (BHA) has been providing quality property development and management of affordable housing.
You will find BHA’s properties in park-like settings, convenient to the center of town and shopping. BHA strives to enhance its resident experience in collaboration with the Town of Bloomfield by providing social activities and trips, mini bus services, and youth programming.
The Bloomfield Housing Authority manages 17 housing units for low- and moderate-income residents at various locations scattered throughout Bloomfield.
The committee members and staff continuously looks to enhance its existing portfolio and add additional affordable units through creative funding models and collaboration with our key stakeholders, the Town of Glastonbury, state and federal government and investors.
