[ARCHIVED] Bloomfield Police Department Mourns The Loss Of K9 Jager

Website---News-Flash_K9Jager

The Bloomfield Police Department mourns the loss of K9 Jager, who passed away earlier this week. K9 Jager was not just a working dog, he was a protector, a partner, a loyal friend and a cherished member of our Bloomfield Police Department family.

K9 Jager passed away peacefully, surrounded by his human, Sergeant Danaher, who loved and respected him. The bond between handler and K9 is a bond unlike any other.  K9 Jager served with honor, loyalty, and unwavering dedication, protecting our community and standing side-by-side with his handler through countless missions.

His service will never be forgotten, and his impact lives on in the lives he helped keep safe.

Thank you for your faithful service, K9 Jager. You’ve earned your rest.
