Mini Bus Transportation

Bloomfield Mini BusThe Town of Bloomfield Senior Services Department provides curb-to-curb, share mini-bus transportation for residents aged 60 and older, as well as for medically eligible individuals aged 21 and over. This service operates Monday through Friday.

A suggested donation of $40.00 per person helps support this service. To participate, individuals must complete and submit both an application and an emergency contact form.

The Town of Bloomfield operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with the Town of Bloomfield.
