Agendas & Minutes are managed through CivicClerk. In order to receive notifications one when an Agenda or minutes are published, users must create notifications through the CivicClerk Public Portal, which can be accessed here: https://bloomfieldct.portal.civicclerk.com/
Once there, you will click on Subscriptions in the top right corner
Sign In using your Civic Plus account information. If you do not have an account, there will be an option for you to create one.
Once signed in you will see your initials in the top right along with the word subscriptions.
